Services

Four disciplines. One system.

We design and build the infrastructure of operations that already sell: the store, the wholesale portal, the automations that connect them and the conversion that makes them perform.

Start a project

How we build.

Six rules we apply to every project, whatever its size.

  1. 01

    Our own code

Native, modular code. No templates and no third-party apps that break on their own.

  2. 02

    One focus

We only do e-commerce, B2B and automation. That specialization shows in the result.

  3. 03

    Decisions backed by data

Every change starts with a hypothesis and is validated with a metric.

  4. 04

    Built to scale

Architectures that handle seasonal peaks without downtime or lost orders.

  5. 05

    Integrations made to fit

Store, ERP, CRM and logistics in sync, in real time.

  6. 06

    The code is yours

The repository and the documentation belong to you from day one.

Why a specialized firm?

The difference between building a store and building a system that scales.

Frequently asked questions.

How much does an e-commerce project with Flouvia cost?

It depends on scope and complexity. We don’t take projects under $30,000 MXN. Every project starts with a free 30-minute diagnosis to confirm we’re a good fit before any proposal.

When do I need Shopify Plus instead of standard Shopify?

When your operation exceeds roughly $500k USD a year, or you need a custom checkout, native ERP integrations, B2B portals with differentiated pricing or advanced automation. For smaller operations, standard Shopify can be enough.

How long does it take to build a B2B portal on Shopify Plus?

A portal with role-based access, dynamic pricing and a protected catalog takes 8 to 14 weeks. With a native two-way ERP integration, 12 to 16 weeks. It depends on your business rules and the APIs available.

Do you work with companies outside Mexico?

Yes. We work with clients in Mexico and the United States. The operation is fully remote.

What is CRO and how does it improve my e-commerce?

CRO (conversion rate optimization) analyzes how your users actually behave — heatmaps, session recordings, A/B tests — to find where you lose sales and fix it with data instead of opinions.

Do you provide maintenance after launch?

Yes. We offer maintenance and support plans that include latency monitoring, security updates and conversion iterations. What we build is made to evolve.

How do you integrate Shopify Plus with an ERP?

We build custom two-way API connectors instead of generic ones. Inventory, orders, pricing and customers stay in sync in real time. An integration takes 6 to 10 weeks depending on the workflows.
